Audience Data
Definition: The number of people who watch a TV program or listen to a radio program.
Example: Directors can monitor the number of views their short film is getting by looking at the audience data.
Audience Profiling
Definition: This is when you monitor your viewers habits and understand why they like the things they like.
Example: This is used by websites to monitor why people like short films and understand why they watch it.
Demographics
Definition: A particular sector of a population.
Example: You have the higger class and the lower classes.
Geodemographics
Definition: The process of analyzing survey data of a specific geographical area to profile economic and demographic characteristics of population living there.
Example: Used in advertising most of the time.
Consumer Awareness
Definition: Consumer awareness is the extent to which a brand is recognized by potential customers, and is correctly associated with a particular product.
Example: Coca Cola has one of the most recognized brands in the world.
Consumer Attitudes
Definition: Consumer attitudes are a composite of a consumer's beliefs about, feelings about and behavioral intentions toward some object.
Example: Popular phones on the market.
Audience Awareness
Definition: This how much the audience are aware of something.
Example: Reactions to films
